Scots are Celts

Could you please make Scottish a part of the Celtic group and English a part of, idk, German. It's irretating and wierd to play as Scotland and not accept your irish/welsh brothers and vice versa. To avoid culture conversion you could make GB into a celtic union able to be formed by England, then England would accept Irish, Welsh and Scotish as they sort of did throughout history (Ireland got some shit, ik).

The urban, religious, and political landscapes of Scotland were pretty damn Anglo-Norman by 1444. Scottish belongs in the same group as English. Gaelic for the northern provinces would be fine though.
