Hoi2 1.3b (not dd or armageddon).

PC windows XP

By screen "flashing" I mean about every 5 or 6 seconds the screen for a very very short split second goes black. It's almost like a subliminal message .

Any ideas what this might be?

Instant messenger systems running in the background.... file sharing programs etc are the usual suspects....

Hmm, don't have either active. Is it generaly because too many utilities are running?

You have a program in the background that is stealing the primary focus of windows... this usually is file sharing programs, instant messanger programs etc that is doing this.

It probably says, "Play more HOI2...Love HOI2" cause the more I play HOI2, the more I get hooked :rofl:

I get that too, btw.
