Screen Flickering

Recently I've changed my GPU to a Shappire Radeox RX 560 and my monitor to a Samsung SF350, and I've noticed that EU4 (and only EU4) has a problem during its exectution: the screen flickers about every three minutes; It's not game breaking, I can play normally and without any effect on the game, it's just that the flickering, which manifests itself always in the middle of the screen, it's very annoying, especially during long sessions.
Is there any solution to this problem? I've attached my DxDiag and the graphics.log from the game.

It's not a known problem with the game, no.

How about CK2, does it have the issue too?

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/EU4/settings.txt.
From your Documents/Paradox/EU4/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

CK2 runs fine, no problem at all.
By the way, I don't know if it might help, but initially the flickering was located at the bottom of the screen, so I tried to convalidate missing files trough Steam: there were two missing files that were convalidated, and after that, the flickering moved itself to the middle of the screen.

Do you get this in a game that has never had any mods in use on it?

You may as well try updating that video driver

You could also try turning off vsync in that settings.txt

It seems that it was the Vsync the cause of the problem; after disabling it trough the settings.txt (I've already tried to do it in game but I must have forgotten to save the changes) the game runs as smoothly as ever. Thank you very much!
