Screen starts to glitch

Every time i start Prsion architect my screen starts to glitch, if i want to tab out of it, everything else is just pitch black. only after i close the game my screen works fine again. ive played this game before, and it worked fine, i wanted to redownload it today but it just keeps glitching. Making screenshots doesnt work because during the screenshot it goes back to normal

Please try this:

- uninstall PA from Steam
- unsubscribe from all mods in this game's Steam Workshop

Delete the following folders if still present:

- Steam/SteamApps/common/PA
- C:/users/<UserName>/AppData/Local/Introversion/Prison Architect/
(keep any valued save games, of course)
To see the AppData folder you'll need to enable View Hidden Items in File Explorer.

Now install PA again and see how that goes please!

ive got it from epic games, literally all folder are deleted, still doesnt work
edit: it seems to be gone for now, i started the game through GeForce experience (no update whatsoever) and i can tab out normally again and there are no glitches
