How can I do some scripts (example: XXX declare war on YYY in year 9999) if any exists ????

AS faar as I know that isnt possible. Only thing you can change is if any nations shall be in war when you start the scenario and its possible you may alter revolters to, but I never heard you can decide that a nation shall Dow on a certain date. Best thing to make sure they hate eitchoter is to give them different religions and CB on eitchoter....
