Summary

Sculptor's Studio not using available Limestone

Expected Result

If the city window shows that Limestone is present, the studio should use it

Actual Result

The Limestone is flagged red as "missing" even when present

Steps to reproduce

There are apparently two different versions of "Limestone", one that comes always when you make a quarry and the special kind that is an added bonus to the Hills. The Sculptor's Studio apparently only takes the latter even though the tooltip just says it needs "Limestone".

@alex.posidelov is correct. You need 2 input goods (either Marble or Limestone) to make 1 Statue, and you're only producing 1 Limestone in the screenshot provided.

The Sculpting Studio requires 2 "stones" as input and it outputs 1 Statue. Because it can't break down goods into "half-goods" and only do "half-work" it requires both inputs to produce an output, as noted by the red "Limestone or Marble" icon with the 2.

Some improvements take in multiple input goods and produce multiple output goods and if they're evenly divisible into a smaller ratio (like 2:2 becoming 2x 1:1) it can do half-work and produce output without all of the requisite inputs, but that's not the case with the Sculpting Studio due to the 2:1 ratio not being evenly divisible into a smaller ratio.
