1. Shouldn't these places be ruins under the North considering in-lore they're supposed to be depopulated and lacking in any sort of life?
2. Why is SDP, Blue Hills and SS under the Rills? Neither seems to have any connection with the Ryswells barring the obvious land nearness, but considering Bear Island is a one-county sworn directly to Winterfell, why not give it SDP at the very least and make it a two-duchy territory? It does indicate some shared history considering "sea dragons" are an Ironborn mythos and Bear Island was once under Ironborn rule. Maybe I'm stretching here..
3. In relation, shouldn't Hardhome be a ruin considering nothing's lived there since the raiders came 400 years ago?
