Searing Strikes modifier

Description​

According to tooltip, heroes with Searing Strikes benefit from Searing Blades modifier as well, when attacking the Burning targets.

Steps to reproduce​

1. Have a hero with Searing Stikes and a way to apply Burning (such as Ignite)
2. Start a manual battle
3. Inflict Burning on target you're about to attack
4. Hover over target, when having that hero selected, and press ctrl
