Season pass and In-Dome Buildings Pack

Hello,
I am speaking to the Surviving Mars Developers : is it normal that the new DLC "In-Dome Buildings Pack" is not included in the season pass ???
We all paid a high price for the first colony edition

Yes, it's normal. The season pass included two full expansions and three content packs. It wasn't a "all content free forever" pass.

A season pass generally lasts a year or so (depending on how nice the publishers are / how badly the launch was fudged).
