Out of curiosity, where was your capital when you had it show up in North Africa?

The trigger makes it only spawn in connected land afaik which is why I was asking
I don't agree that it should require a primary culture though. Plenty of countries had nobility from more than one culture. There's a current requirement on the home province being in a state though.
