They seem to be moving pops CONSTANTLY and they move enslaved pops to energy and research randomly and move free pops to mining/food

We have updated our Community Code of Conduct. Please read through the new rules for the forum that are an integral part of Paradox Interactive’s User Agreement.
I had a same or similar issue with the sector AI and robot POPs. They would move the pops to research, even though it generates 0,0,0 and put regular POPs on mining squares.
I'm not using any MODs, but do have creatures of the void and all Nova package DLC installed and active.
