Seljuk Event Instantly Invalidates

Description​

While playing as Emperor of Persia, I get the Seljuk invasion/migration event and decline allowing them to become a vassal. The war instantly invalidates and ends. This happened once, then I reloaded a save and a year or two later when it came up again the same result occurred. The character can still be found, they are listed with 0 forces and the bar beneath is constantly shifting between red and green.

Steps to reproduce​

Event came up, I declined allowing them to be a vassal. War started and instantly invalidated. Upon reloading a save, when the event came up again the same result occurred. Occurred again after validating files and turning off all mods.
