i request updated pictures of the current state of affairs in that game, who's with me? i'm an Ouchi fan, so, i'm hoping whoever is playing them is winning and not losing to the Shimazu guy

Ouchi was the 2nd place clan...and I noticed his troops hanging about near my borders as I fought the intern-alliance, but he never attacked me. Sadly updates outdated that game so we started a new one on Friday. I played a small clan this time (Satake?) and Johan backstabbed me while I was invading an AI clan, having plotted with all my neighours to attack me. It's not looking good. The worst part is I was busy plotting with his character's son to overthrow him, but then he died and the son inherited :/

That's nothing. I had developed a strategy of tacking out small neighours to deliberately reduce the number of potential plotters against me. I then proecceeded to discard this strategy in favour of glory only to have all my small neighbour join an intern backed plot against me. Looking grim too, if we continue I going to have to switch clans and try not to be so stupid next time.

Yamana were destroyed by the Ouchi player not sure what happened to Hosokawa...they might have been busy fighting the Yamana untill they were both exhausted?

Also, sorry to the people who missed the FB code, but we did have several messages about it on there, and I did post in this thread mentioning the codes had been sent. We didn't post the code on the forum because it was specificially for people who "liked" it on Facebook (thus showing the game to others), making it public to everyone would have defeated the purpose.

Not besides the comments scattered around here and FB, but if we get a good game going this week we may do a better write-up of it.

I am again sorry that the Facebook pre-order experiment didn't turn out as expected. There were some complications that restricted us from keeping it up for longer than 24h. The fact that the messages seemed to hit your Facebook mailboxes after it went live and without noticing you didn't exactly facilitate. However, we learn from our mistake and will thus manage campaigns like this one better in the future. Soon, the ‘regular’ pre-order will go live. You won’t get a 20% discount but there will be another pre-order bonus. We’ll tell you about it as soon as it goes up.

I hope you can accept my apology on behalf of Paradox and that you are still looking forward to the release of Sengoku.

Update: The pre-order will be up tomorrow on most digital portals but the Steam version will be released on the 15th. Hearts of Iron 3 will be the pre-order bonus on Gamersgate.
