⚠️ Sensor bug: way to see ship orders and progress

Most other empire ships have unknown orders.

But if you put the cursor on the ship you see what it does!
In this example building a station including progress.

Neutral ships / monsters also show next destination in tooltip, but ship detail window shows unknown. (next jump, not final destination)

This is still happening in the current version 3.9.3.

Ship tooltip shows the unknown orders.
