Played as USA have completed the 100 years then in 1936 (September) and the game continues to crash, can't advance at all.

Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 7600X 6-Core Processor 4.70 GHz
RAM: 32.0 GB (31.1 GB usable)
System: 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

If these are no mods involved, and this crash is reliably produced by tahts ave file, this pretty much has to be a game bug I'm afraid! As such we won't be able to fix it for you here, it will need a game patch.

and attach the affected save file there, and any steps QA need to trigger the problem.

Then just put that campaign aside, and try it as you see new game patches come out.
