There is a serious problem in Multiplayer games, wherein peace offers from other major powers can be simply ignored indefinitely with no penalty to the ignoring player.

It seems to me that peace offers should operate similarly to Loan Payment demands... just as when you ignore a loan payment demand for a certain amount of time, it is assumed you extend the loan, so should it be with peace offers... ignore the peace offer for more than a month and it is assumed to be accepted.

The reason why this is so serious is that players can avoid the stability loss from rejecting exceptionally good peace deals by ignoring the first offer indefinitely.

Player 1: "You still haven't answered by peace offer"

Player 2: "what peace offer?"

Player 1: "The one I offered two months ago"

Player 2: "Hmmm... *I* don't see it..."

Result: Game ends very badly... the opportunity to cheat in this manner should NOT be available!

This should be patched ASAP, as it often ruins multiplayer games.

BTW, We can't ALWAYS play against people we trust 100% :)
