Settings reset back to English and resume disables dlc

Since Hotfix 1 the language is set to English when I launch the game. Happens twice now. On Xbox.

PS. Quick resume or keeping the game open sometimes disables dlc or shows a dlc as not owned. I have to open dlc list and close it to fix it. But sometimes a complete restart is required.

Same problem on xbox's sieries x, does not save my leaguage but my DLC is always active. The language changes everytime I start the game back to English.
