So, when i try to change window settings or Even enable mods they wont enable , and when i adjust window settings it always stays the same. Very Annoying.

BTW what drive are the game, Steam, and your Windows Documents folder on - are they all on C: or in different places?

Sorry to repeat but I need to be sure: you have specifically added imperator.exe AND /launcher/Paradox Launcher.exe through your antivirus app? Which actual app do you use?
