Setup don't work

After buying a new computer (with Windows Vista) I can't install Victoria.
The Setup program don't work. I receive also a strange message, "Windows Explorer don't react" when I try to close the window were the Victoria setup exe on the CD is located. What is the problem? Does this mean that Victoria can not work with Windows Vista?

Sorry for the late answer.

Turn off the UAC

Be sure that you install as an administrator.


Try and use WE and start the setup.exe manually.
