Seven Holy Cities trophy not working (PS5)

Description​

I am trying to get the "Seven Holy Cities" trophy on PS5 but every time I have tried it does not work. Being I am on console mods are not the issue, Ironman mode is activated, all game rules are default, have restarted my game and console several times, and have uninstalled and reinstalled the game. In addition I have made sure that I am Hindu and even converted my entire realm to my branch of Hinduism but it still doesn't work.

Steps to reproduce​

-Start as Maharaja Bhoja of Pratihara in the 867 start date with Ironman mode and default rules
-Fabricate claim on the last holy city you do not own (Kanchipuram)
-Conquer the last city once you have a claim
-Own all seven holy cites but still no trophy
