Integrity I have verified my game files (on Steam) Yes I have disabled all mods Yes Required Summary Several Aztec related issues after reforming religion Description Aztec Mechanics after reforming religion is disabled, some could be as designed, but some appears to be bugs. In addition, the bug could be due to changing to High American tech group through mission, which may be an oversight. 1. Flower war casus belli disappears (could be as designed) 2. Unable to create new meoamerican tributeries (no option in peace deal), despite having bonuses to tributaries. 3. Tonali resets after reforming due to tier 1 gov reform resetting 4. American frontier possible in disconnected provinces Not related to government reforming, but Spain and other colonial powers will not colonize in the Mexico colonial region when playing as the Aztecs. This greatly decreases player experience, as reforming the religion will take much longer. Steps to reproduce PLay as Aztecs, reform religion and choose Nahautl Monarchy as government type. See attached save game, which have all the listed bugs. Game Version 1.37.0.0 OS Windows Additional Bug Type AI (non-player characters)Other Attachments Screenshot

Hey there and thanks for the report! I'll clarify some of the things you reported but also need to ask some questions:

Flower Wars CB disappearing after reforming is as designed
Not being able to create Mesoamerican Tributaries might be because they only can be created from Nahuatl/Maya countries
Tonali resetting is also as designed since your Tier 1 Reform resets
I'm unsure what you mean by 'disconnected provinces'. Do you mean provinces that aren't neighboring? Could you clarify this further?
