Shadow Kingdom bug

Description​

When i was playing as Autsrian emperor of HRE i had 50 Imperial authority. I had Shadow Kingdom Event and i took "It is time to abandon Italy" decission.
I have lost all my 50 IA points and according to the event i should loose 20?

Steps to reproduce​

Just play as Austria and wait for the event with your IA pool.
