So I married my daughter off to the king of the Stormlands to win myself a nice alliance, but the game decided to marry her to someone else in this event which I assume is broken. It also happened after I tested marrying another of my daughters to the prince of Dorne and she was remarried to the very same child.

Its happened to me as well. Probably a bug they will fix next patch.

So I found a workaround for this bug. Marry your child to the one you want to and wait for the "TAG" option to pop up. Save without pressing the "TAG" option, reload and the marriage is happening as intented.

This bug also happened to me. My daughter was supposed to marry Lord Elton of Runestone but instead she got married to a six-year old..

I had my 16 year old daughter marry a 4 year old boy instead of 18 year old..

This workaround does work, saving and reloading will cancel any event that you have going on at that moment. A little lengthy, but it's better than having my daughter married to the son of a petty lord
