Shore Bombardment and Dreadnoughts

Something I've noted several times...

Despite the files indicating that dreadnoughts (in addition to battleships) should give a shore bombardment bonus, they don't seem to. I've noted a very linear progression with the shore bombardment combat bonus, double the number of the battleships offshore. But dreadnoughts - whether there's one or thirty - seem to have no effect at all....

I thought I'd bump this thread, to confirm that this problem is still present in 1.03b. (Most recent posts on this problem in the Bug Forum were in April, predating 1.03.)

To restate numerically:

BB: Shore Bombardment Value of "2" from the db files works.
DN's value of "4" and CA's value of "1" does not.
