When country called 'Siberian government' borns during Russian Civil War, it crashes the game. Also that country didn't seem to have a flag. Played version is 1.01

Known matter?

I guess that Steam skipped the clean-up part of the patch.

Extract the attached file into your main game folder and run it. It should clean the game folder from obsolete files (one of which is the corrupted SIB shield that causes the crash).
