So in parts of Norway, all the houses are red. In parts of the Mediterranean, especially in islands, all the buildings are white and in Chefchaouen, all the houses are blue
There should, thus, be an option which allows you to determine that all low density houses and businesses in a certain area must be a certain colour, and you determine which colour that is. That would be especially nice for islands and/or mountains. Of coarse, there could be an island/mountain DLC, complete with private boats and water police, but that's an other matter...
