For some reason, Imageshack isnt working right so this screenie is from my Balanced 1492 scenario thread. Ignore the text, look at the colors.
This colorscale was designed to make the game cooler, obviously. I got tired of all the happy shiny lovey-duvey colors, so I made a dark sinister one. I love this colorscale, it is fantastic.
Just unzip into the MAP folder in your EU2 directory. Overwrite. This does NOT affect MP at all, btw. I figure someone will worry about that.
Some Notes about Colors:
The game loads certain colors for terrain colors; green, light green, dark orange, etc. When you play this mod on the normal map, it looks really dark and cool. Forests are deep dark green, the ocean is a dark shadowy gray. It is very cool.
