Situation Map Mode is Blank ( Does not show steppe regions individually)

Description​

As the title says, the "Situation" map mode which we can access via the left button under "Domain Fertility" for nomads is blank. Therefore instead of showing the Great Steppe region as three separate regions, it's one giant white map. In the screenshots below I will provide the expected results of what the "Situation" map mode should provide (screenshot in 1.16.1) and in the other screenshot the given results - the blank map (in the current version 1.16.2)

It seems to only be doing that to the Great Steppe Region, as the other regions that can receive the steppe mechanics seem to be fine

Steps to reproduce​

- Select any nomad characters of CK3 located in the Great Steppe Region
- Click on the Situation Phase button at the bottom left
- Click on the situation map mode (second to the right button at the bottom of the screen)
- Enjoy a blank great steppe map

You can download the unofficial patch mod, there is a custom major decision that you must take in order to init the steppe, sadly we didn't find a way to have this be done in a reliable way, so you must do this yourself. If not, you'll have to wait for the next patch that will hopefully fix this.

the fun fact is that seasons work for other nomadic region under game rule. Only the great steppe doesn't work
