Hey! Is here any way today to get that blue-yellow skins for rocket / transport and etc? 8 of them, that was given in pre-release preformance?

It was a pre-release performance because it was a performance meant for pre-release. ;-) We have passed the stage of pre-release.
Currently, a time machine is the only way to get that blue-yellow skin.
However, the question about these skins also came up during the Q&A. Someone asked if they'd be available after words. There was a lot of umming and ahhing, followed by a "maybe" by the devs.

In stellaris they did become year one presents.
No matter what - the first thing I do if a sponsor have the blue yellow as prefered is to change the rocket. It´s ugly
The skins for the transports and such were for signing up on their website and then recruiting other people to the game. It was actually open until 2 days before release. We had to work for those skins and I don't want ya'll to have them, so there!
