So, I go to play an older saved game of Skylines on the PS4, and I find the cheats are no longer working. All older games is what I’m referring to. Example, anything that’s 2018 and earlier. Anything recent from now, whether it’s a new game or saved back to early 2019, has options/cheat options available before loading. All other saved games that’s 2018 and earlier does not have any of these options available before loading the games. Therefore, these games end up with a bankruptcy pop-up on entering the game, making the games useless obviously, if say, the unlimited money cheat is turned on in that regard. So, I pause the game and still see that it says the trophies are disabled, making me think that there’s cheats activated, yet nothing is available before loading up the games. Is this a bug or are older games losing their options/cheat options overtime? I wouldn’t think that they do or shouldn’t, unless I’m wrong and that’s new to me. I have all DLC’s installed including the latest, but I don’t know where this issue first occurred, so it’s happening with the winter profiles and the other older profiles from when I last played them cities. Before loading, it says trophies disabled on one saved game, last played 19/02/19. I scroll under that one and that last played game is dated 02/11/18 and isn’t saying trophies disabled. All other saved games below this right back to 01/01/18 isn’t saying trophies disabled. So, I can see where it begins and goes to with my saved games. All recent games from 12/04/20 down to 19/02/19 says trophies disabled. I need to please know if this is a bug, or is it that older games overtime lose the ability to use their options/cheat options capabilities, and if they do, then I may as well delete them games as I’m unable to get out of bankruptcies. I just don’t see the point of why they lose their option abilities. I can’t even turn them on again in-game in the options there. If it’s all just a bug, then I can’t find news about it, so bringing it to your attention in as much detail as possible in my own personal situation/experience, is why I came here to say all about it. Thanks for your patience in reading this. I’m pretty puzzled as to why older games have lost the options/cheat options functionality, and yet with newer recent games they’re available with those ones. They ALL should be available regardless of how old or recent the games are since they’re saved games, and have all the options available to begin a game with!
