It's a map of Hungary before Croatia was inherited. Salvonia is still part of Hungary. The map also shows the the corrent count of Szekesfehervar should rule Krizevci and the count of Vas should rule Varazdin and Zagreb though I'm not sure of the status of Zagreb at the period.
