Prisoners only sleep on every other night and start to feel tired only at 8 in the morning. Almost as if the sleep need gains half as slow as it needs to and 8 pm is mistaken with 8 am.
In simple terms. one one night a great portion of prisoners sleep but few wander around awake in their cells. next day goes normally until the evening comes. no one has ad a change to sleep during the day but no one has the "sleep" need in the evening. leading to a condition where the entire prison is wide awake. no one starts to feel tired during the night until the morning comes and everyone starts screaming for sleep like the idiots they are. I have to use the cheat menu to add the sleep need to them every other evening.
