As per the title. Surviving Mars (PS4 Slim - System and SM updated to latest version - No DLC) crashes every time I try to overwrite / update an old save file. Is this a known issue?

I have same issue, it already happen several time and deleting the overwritten save, it is very annoying. Usually this bug happen if i overwrite the same save file in short interval, for example saving in single sol.
