After the latest XBox release (R: 1.8.0-f3 V: 5.1.0.0 B: 33988), all snapping options are always active, regardless of whether each snapping option is turned on or off. Applies to all roads, paths, etc, everything that has snapping options. Because road placement is such a major component of the game, this problem makes the game unplayable. I already uninstalled and reinstalled the game and DLCs, but the problem persists.
