The idea is to remove all King titles from Westeros, and let Lords and High Lords duke it out, eventually someone gets back to a Titular Kingdom level. In my first run through, the first Titular kingdom was Kingdom of Tarth. Second run through King Beyond the Wall beat everyone to it. On a third run through I started with Aegon's Conquest bookmark and he obviously gets the first free kingdom - but it severely slowed his progress. Next Kingdom to spawn after him was Kingdom of Harrenhal. Way fun seeing some of other Titular Kingdoms pop up. This works best if you also run the Westeros Only submod.... or you could go and eliminate the whole world full of King/Emperor titles.

Simply done, start as your favorite Lord or High Lord, save the file (Uncheck compression so you can read the plain text when modifying the save).

Open the location to your save files and manually edit the new game (Download and use Notepad++ instead of using Windows Notepad which just can't handle that large of text files).

Do a search for:

"e_iron_isles=" without quotes, and you fill find a line directly below that says "holder=123456789". Remove the number and simply make it "holder=0". Do this for the rest of the Kingdom titles in Westeros.

e_iron_isles=
e_north=
e_vale=
e_riverlands=
e_westerlands=
e_stormlands=
e_reach=
e_dorne=
e_iron_throne=

Have fun!

this sounds like it would be awesome if used like in the AGE of Heroes where there were hundreds of kingdoms in westeros.
