yeah, the reason i'm asking this seemingly dumb question is i've seen other modders say that their mods will work with Kaiserreich v 1.3, but your Thread on here and your own new forum site doesn't show it.
That's pretty stupid in 2012. Oh and your new site doesn't even HAVE a downloads section... wtf? that's so stupid it's not even funny.
I'm very sorry if this post sounds mean, but there are or should be certain protocols that modders have used for over a decade... namely, they all have download sections if they have their own forum and everyone, except maybe you know how to update their FIRST page in a thread devoted to their mod with the most currently updated version.
Again, i'm sorry if anyone on the Kaiserreich team thinks i'm mean, but this is so unprofessional.... ugh
