(SOLVED) [STEAM] EU4 hang on pre-menu screen

Hi..
Anyone can help me with this bug? Mine is stuck at the screen (attached). The screen (graphic) not responding but I still can move my cursor & the music still works, idk why


What I have tried to fix this:

• I chose borderless full screen in launcher options
• Installed Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable latest version, both x86 & x64. Everytime I install new VCRedist x64, it works but only once. After choose back on the next screen / restart the game this bug come again
• uninstalling, manually deleted both the Steam/SteamApps/common/Europa Universalis IV AND Documents/Paradox Interactive/Europa Universalis IV folders & reinstalling eu4 from steam
• verified game files integrity - ok result
• Ticked "disable fullScreen optimisations" in compatibility tab after right click on eu4.exe
• updated my nvidia driver to the latest version
• none of above solving the bug

My windows defender's Ransomware Protection is disabled.
I have attached the usual required file for investigating, let me know if you need additional file for investigation

No clear cause of this problem in those files.

There's a crash in an nVidia utility in there though; did this first happen after an nVidia update, or some other change or update? Or has it never worked on this machine?

What if you make a new Windows user on this machine and log into it with that - does it work there?

Are there any active mods? If you think you have no mods, please have a look at the playstets section of the launcher to make sure, because the launcher could have activated mods without telling you about it. An old UI mod could make eu4 crash/hang when trying to show the main menu. If this still happens even if there are no mods in the playset which is selected on the home page of the launcher, can you attach the error.log file and dlc_load.json?

Thank you so much for the response & the advices!

@grotaclas I've re-checked, I'm sure I have no mod
@AndrewT I ever played eu4 in this machine

So I ended up did several hopeless experiments by myself and.... one of them is works!!
I'm not sure which one fixed this issue but I'm willing to share what I've done to fix this:

• In this week, I'm always keep my windows update waiting list clean
• Keep my steam up to date
• I changed my armoury crate mode from silence mode to performance mode. My machine is ASUS ROG as u can see in my dxdiag so it's pre-installed with armoury crate. I think this one which fixed this but i'm not sure 100% because I rarely open steam this week so yea.. let me assume this fixed by combination of all of them
