Some action buttons are unavailable

Description​

Long names of accolades block their recovery/deletion. Long names of geographical points in the journey block the addition of new points. A long description of some buildings blocks the possibility of improving/replacing them. This can be seen in the screenshots. If it's important, I have a screen resolution of 1920x1080 and russian locale.

Update 1.9.2 fixed the issue with accolades, but the other two are still relevant.
