I plan to collect here interesting, original and challenging ideas for playing.
For someone who was bored to play for German Blitzkrieg ten times in a row.

Idea 1. USSR.

Starting in 1936, player have to DoW any neighbour country this year. Sinkiang, Poland, Bulgaria, Afganistan, Persia, Japan, Romania, Turkey or Finland. Or Baltic States.

Attacking could and often will escalate global war much sooner.

New alliances will depend on a chosen country.

Idea 2. South Africa.

Free all Africa from colonial powers and liberate native states. The order could depend - you could join Allies or Axis, but finally you should liberate all Africa.

Idea 3. Japan

Japan DoW USSR instead of China as soon, as possible (or in 1936).
USSR has more divisions than Japan, but sudden strike and defense in hard terrain could help. Finally, you should liberate one or two puppets - Primorsk Republic and Siberia. If you'll bring Sinkiang to your alliance, you could also capture Central Asia.

Done the invade USSR bit before invading the pacific/USA. South Africa would have to leave the allies, invade the UK's stuff and boot out the Italians while defending home. Enough tac bombers and you should be able to do it.

Romania- tell the Soviets to go and jump in the black sea when they demand ya land.

Build a carrier based navy- as Manchukuo, Communist China or Romania.

I've having one of the best Romanian games i've ever had. Annexed Bulgaria, Yugoslavia, Greece in 1940, joined Axis invaded Turey in 41. Soviets DoW the Axis, and I smash through to Sverdlosk. The Allies advance through Iraq though and cut off a 16 division army around Stalingrad/Sverdlosk area and the Germans fall apart on the eastern fron and have their Panzer divisions cut off near Moscow as they advanced through my territory. the main army advances back towards Romania as the Soviets break through and advane into Romania proper. 24 divisions march into Romania from the east Via the Ukraine. 1942 rolls around and I'm outta manpower and htings are looking bleak. I fall back to Bulgaria with the theory that the SOviets can overrun Romania and I can switch sides. A relief column breakls through and I strat redploy the remaining army divisions out of the USSR losing around half including some of my armor divisions. Army regroups in Turkey to try and hold the line and I'll wait for the Soviets to overrun me and switch sides. The Germans rally, and I manage to boot everyone outta Turkey and encircle 20 odd allied divisions and bomb around 20-30 soviets divisions to death in the mountains of Turket/Persia/USSR. 42 summer offensive breaks through and captures Stalingrad and I reach Sverdlosk again. Soviets almost cut me off again and I wipe out another large Allied stack in Turkey as the British and friends get as far as Ezurum.

Manpower deplted since late 41, tenuous hold on the frontlines, large amount of allied divisions massing in Iraq.

Also have a few divisions cut off in Central Asia and I managed to extract some cut off near Sverdlosk. Might lose this one.

Idea 4. USSR
(to those, who easily win with only Militia and Artillery)

Challenging game.
The goal: to the fixed date (e.g. 1 jan 1946) USSR should have as much IC, as possible (Industrial winning) or as much manpower, as possible (Demographic winning)
