I've played this game for quite a while but I took a break and came back to it this week. I started up a new prison and this was my first time playing with the Transfer update. I also had the criminally insane dlc active, but ive played with it before. Some of my prisoners just stop working correctly. They get stuck with either a "TODO: move prisoner to solitary" or "TODO: move prisoner to holding cell". They never get moved and they remain stuck in place. I have plenty of free guards and sometimes they will also stop moving and they will say they are escorting a prisoner, but they arent actually doing anything. I have plenty of solitary cells available, and a holding cell. Not only do these prisoners get stuck but they eventually starve to death and die, and today 30 of them died at once from starvation and their bodies teleported to the top left corner. This is kind of a game breaking bug and its really annoying so any help would be nice. I have never had the problem until now. Also slightly off topic from the title but there also a bunch of trash left around my prison. There are dirty trays that are not being collected, there are some trays that aren't even possible to be cleaned, and there are a bunch of dirty clothes in the showers for no reason
