Some ruined mega structures show no repair / upgrade button.

My ruined coordination center had upgrade button with info about missing mega construction and alloys. But a ruined art installation had nothing in the upgrade area. Was inside our borders.

The empire controlling the MAI is a different one from the one controlling the SCC.

As far as I'm aware, you can't repair megastructures in the territory of a vassal unless you subsidise their territory.

One time I had a bug where the Mega Shipyard wouldn't let me make the final upgrade. After a short while it appeared. Try relogging the game or restarting the launcher

Yes, cause it's the 2nd player empire in our multiplayer game.

The art installation Is in the current players influence but it has no upgrade button.
