Someone write a script?

I put a thread like this somewhere else asking for people to discuss it etc and perhaps for paradox etc to put it in. Anyways doesn't look like that will happen for a while (if ever). So Im asking if someone can write a script for me (and others who want it of course). Basically its a soloution to the italians leaving, and then coming back. Can someone write a script where if a vassal leaves (mabey trigger it to them having a claim on the primary title?) they can not be re-vasslized. By any means nessacary. Even if all it does is make them become free again. It seems like each time will remain independent for about 5 years before repledging. So for a day every 5 years they will rejoin and then leave agian...so it wont be like they constantly join and rejoin. Secondly write a script so that if a team (most spefically HRE of course) has no provinces left of his kingly title that he just loses it? So if the HRE loses all there italian duchy's they should lose the kingdom. However they should retain a claim on the crown :D any help will be appreciated. This will hopefully make the italians (and others!) rebel properly. You will be hailed as a god I am sure :p

To prevent the Italian and Burgundian vassals from repledging it is much easier to just remove the kingtitles of Italy and Burgundy from Heinrich von Franken in 1066.
 
I hear he always just grabs the title anyways. Which confuses me...becuase if he can just grab the title how come he doesn't do the same to bohemia? Ive seen bohemia be in the game for a decade or to while still being part of the HRE and he never grabbed the title. Do you think it will work?/how do I remove it anyways?

EDIT: And im not talking about pledgeing allegiance. Basically once a team leaves the event keeps a tab on them. If they ever rejoin the event fires and they become independent again. (And it fires right away) therefore forcing them to stay independent.

Here's what i do, at least with the 1337 scenario, but i guess i'll extend it to the other scenarios when i play them again :

I switch GERM into HREE. If it has the Burgundy and/or Italy king title, i remove them. And in province.csv, change all the ITAL, BURG and GERM by NONE.
If i see some independant minor get most of the provinces of Italy or Burgundy, i change again the province.csv file again till the end of the game, so it can create the title.

I have removed ITAL and BURG from his titles and in my games he sometimes creates them after a while but most of the time they titles aren't created

The Italian vassals (Genoa and Tuscany most often) become independent

The AI can only create a title if he has in his demesne a province that is part of that uncreated title, so when the king of Germany gets a county in Burgundy or Italy he can create the title
