Well, I've been playing for a couple of weeks now and finally turned the music off on EU as I was tired of hearing the ONE piece of music endlessly repeat.

Reading around on the boards yesterday, though, I discovered that there is supposed to be a full soundtrack to EU. Evidently something is wrong on my end.

Can someone shed some light on why I am stuck with the endlessly repeating track, and how to fix it?

Thanks!

I don't use the EU sound track myself. But I think the music will change dependent on the EU date.

If you have more than one CD ROM drive you can fool the code into running your own CD. The drive with the music CD just has to have a lower drive config (f: rather than g:) than the drive you run EU from.

Works for me - Coldplay's "yellow" blasting out at the moment:D

Cheers, Ice:cool:

I wasn't even aware there *IS* a soundtrack. I never heart any sound coming from the CD, although it keeps spinning. I assumed this had something to do with the whacky copy protection scheme, which also prevents me from using the 1.08 patch :(

I was only getting soundfx until I got the IGC. Then on the SECOND IGC game I played, suddenly, there was music but no soundfx. Wierd! Now I have the same repetitious music playing over and over....
