I'm currently playing Spain, and have reachet the point where the dutch provinces have around 25% revolt risk.Is there any event or anything else that lowers the revolt risk in this provinces-beacouse it's really silly having revolts every month:(
What would happen if i create Holland myself as my vasal, and then conquer it?the revolt risk of 25% would dissapear-or not?

Revolt risk will drop to zero in 1648. Releasing the Dutch as a vassal will not get rid of the revoltrisk in the Southern Netherlands. It would get rid of the revolts in the released provinces. You could also declare war on Palatinate (say), wait for them to take all the provinces, and reconquer them 5 years later.

You can also treat the Dutch well. In the revolt events choose "Lower the taxes", "Don't introduce that Consumption Tax" and "Sign the Union of Arras and lower taxes" and I can asure you, that the revolt risk will be manageable. You should also try to send missionaries to the Netherlands early, when you have Carlos I/Karl V as an excellent monarch, dutch as culture and no revolt yet. Both requires to go back in time.
