The republic win much to often. there is not historical input of foreign troops in the nationalist side for example Germany sent there airforce and a Panzer division italy sent 5 infantry divisions and the airforce as well ...this needs to be address next patch .thanks alan

if your talking about the spanish civil war, the nationlists (who are considered fascists) won the war.

Historical numbers of German and Italian help to Nacionalist Spain are very similar to those than you talk. Germany sents air unit "Legión Cóndor" ( with supply and support units), and an armour force, "Cóndor Panzer". AAA units ( with mythical 88mm gun) where also deployed. Italian help were more important due to Mussolini's ambitions in the Mediterranean sea: air units, armor units, divisions of "Camicie Nere" and of the regular army were sent to Spain. They also provide the Nacionalist navy with submarines. Add to this all the logistical and intelligency support, and you will see that historic help was very important. In IC you have also others units who fought in the Nacionalist side: "La Bandera Irlandesa" (Irish volunteers, Militia Div. in the game), "Viriatos" ( Portuguese volunteers, Infantry Div. in the game)...

Haven't seen the Nationalists win once so far - they start out well but then when the interventions start firing they get pushed back and defeated.

This is just my first game, but the rebels absolutely smashed the Republicans. Everyone intervened, but it was over in about 4-5 months.

Check out my thread "Poor ol' Franco" and you can see some more reasons for this. I would agree it needs to be addressed. Franco is losing at a astronomical rate in my games.
