Spanish localization errors

Description​

Some localization errors found in 1.9.1

- The text for having fewer knights than you should is not displayed correctly. It should say "Pocos caballeros" instead of "Pocos [error text]".
- There's also an error in University description.
- Dynasty Legacies; localization error in Activities Legacy 3rd Perk (screenshot attached).
- An error in the fourth screenshot "Opinion Modifier Error".
- Text for Tournament Prizes are wrong (fifth screenshot) for Prize Tier 4 and 5.
- Another error in Tournament (six screenshot)
- Betrothal description error in last picture.
- Great Wedding should translate as "Gran Boda" instead of "gran Boda".
- Many times characters names appears in low case and some events treat them as things, as example, instead of "Charles" the event says "el charles" (the charles). This was already happening in 1.9 release.
- Many achievements related to T&T and 1.9 has a lot of error in descriptions.
