Special Vassal Contract Types resetting each time game open

Description​

When playing as a vassal to another ruler with a special contract type (March, Scutage, Palatine etc.) in a feudal realm as a ruler of any rank if the game is saved and closed and then reopened this special contract type will be cleared while other amendments (levies, taxes, war rights etc.) remain as they were before the load. This happens despite no change in culture/ technology/ leige or character.

Steps to reproduce​

Play as a feudal vassal in a feudal realm, amend you contract to include a special contract type, close and save the game (unsure if important for a certain amount of time to elapse in game), reopen save file, check vassal contract - notice "none" selected instead of March/ Scutage etc.

Also got this bug. it's enough to reload the save to lose any special contract type.
