Place specalized industry

Expected Result​

they send out trucks and level up

Actual Result​

They dont send out trucks, are crazy in debt and stuck at lvl1

extralib, skyve, achievement enabler, extralandschapingtools, 529 tiles, road builder, unified icon libary, traffic. extended tool tip, asset packs manager, tram stations pack, I18N everywhere, terminustation_pack1, anarchy depot capacity changer

Thank you for the report. Does this also happen if you play without any mods?
To disable mods, please try adding "--disableModding" as a launch option (https://pdxint.at/LaunchOptionsCS). This removes access to PDX Mods entirely, and if the game and a new save works with this enabled then the issue lies in the mods you have installed, and if you're unable to disable your mods in-game you can always do so on the web version.
