Should I save to and install patch 1.09 in any special folder for it to work?
EDIT: I tried installing it into the EU2 folder but I'm having some problems. The following text comes up:
ReadOnly File Detected

A read-only file, C:\Program\Paradox Entertainment\Europa Universalis 2\db\monarchs\Monarchs.frc, was found while performing the needed file operations on your system. There's a lot of that stuff coming up, monarchs, leaders and so on. What is it, and should I click yes or no?
