This game looks quite cool, but i must ask, what are the specs looking like? My computer is pretty crappy, but is able to run p-dox games quite well, including diplomancy. Should it be able to handle this?

From Madminute

9. What are the system requirements?

Currently the lowest end machine that we have played on is a P3 1000 and a high end GeForce 2 with 512 MB RAM. The game runs ok on this system depending on the number of units in the scenario. We will test it on some lower end systems as we get closer to the release date. But right now our goal is make sure the game continues to run well on the P3 1000. We did run it on a P3 600 with a GeForce2 MX and 256 MB RAM and it ran poorly. Not really what I would call good, but it was playable. I would recommend that players get a P4 1.8 with 512 MB RAM and a 128 MB DirectX 9.0 compatible video card. Currently the game takes about 800 MB hard drive space. We will have some options for lower end systems.

The more RAM you have the better. 512mb is ok, but 1 gig is even better, because there is a lot of number crunching going on.

Right now (at least in the USA) you can buy a 512 meg stick of DDR ram for $50 or less. Pop that in your rig in addition to what you have now and you should see real improvement. Not only in TC2M but across the board!

I added 1 Gig to my 512MB RAM memory, to make 1.5 Gig in all, for about $70 and it has helped every game I play. I would recommend it to everyone.
